You can, though I may convert them to .dc anyway. So I'd prefer you didn't.
You can put a note in the 'Additional comments:' area when you send your submission, if it is better used in a format other than .dc and I might consider posting it in that format.
Please keep in mind that it should still have been originally created using DeltaCad, though.
