I'd check it out my self but the only computer I have with DC on it is in the shop, so... Does DeltaCad do mathematical equations?

I.E. the pitch diameter of a sprocket.

Pitch Diameter = sin (180 / N)

I know the numbers would have to substituted but will DC do the equation?

Yes, DeltaCad will do Formulas and Trig functions.
Angles are in degrees not radians.

SIN (180/45) = 0.0697565

So if you draw a circle and put in SIN (180/45) for the radius, the circle will have a radius of 0.0697565
