Scroll bars

The scroll bar and arrows do not appear. I cannot figure out how to view to drawing in a "page view" where the page outline appear.

I don't know why you aren't able to see the scroll bars and arrows but you can still navigate the worksheet with the mouse wheel. Rolling the mouse wheel forward and back zooms in and out of the worksheet. Holding the "Shift" key and rolling the mouse wheel pans the worksheet left and right. Holding the "Crtl" key and rolling the mouse wheel pans the worksheet up and down.

If "page view" means you'd like to see what your worksheet would look like printed select "File" - "Print Preview (CTRL+W)" and a preview screen showing how a printed copy would look like appears. Simply click your mouse on something and the preview screen disappears and returns you to your worksheet.
