Run DeltaCad on Microsoft Surface Pro ???

Does anyone know if it is possible to run DeltaCad on the Microsoft Surface Pro tablet ? I contacted DeltaCad & they said it would not run on the Surface RT , but I want to know if it will run on any of the other models . The folks @ DeltaCad we're not sure.
So does anyone here know the answer to my question ?
