I received a message on:
How to create a Symbol File.
1. Draw what you want to be in the symbol file
2. Click SELECT tab
3. Select the objects.
4. Click [Move an object point] button. ( button with dot in center )
5. Click where you want the symbol position placement to be.
6. Press CTRL+C keys ( copies the selected objects to the clipboard )
7. Press CTRL+SHIFT+Y keys ( opens the Symbol dialog box )
8. Click 'New Symbol File' button
9. Type in a new symbol filename such as 'MySymbols'
10. Type in a new symbol name such as 'MyBigGear'
11. Click Ok

You can now go to the Symbols filename list and Click on your new symbol filename to paste into your drawing.
You can also add more Symbols to your new Symbol file with the Add Symbol button.
