Advise me... Saving Grid Spacing
#11
Had a long break before I was able to return to the drawings. Appearances seem to indicate that the error came from the original drawing that the others were derived from. I believe that somehow that drawing had been nudged in some way away from the grid points. That drawing had been saved and it was intended to be broken up and made into four different versions. The error was carried over to the new incremental drawings. The error with the position in relation to the grid caused the CAD software to revert back to its x and y default values. I guess that their might be situations this might be useful. The solution I found was to change the x and y coordinates back to their intended values, then manually restore that by the snap to the grid command. After saving that version and reopening it the X and y values had been successfully saved. Tnx
