Unsure how to make a new meter dial face

I wonder if DeltaCad can help me make a new meter dial face plate.


It would be of the curved meter dial line and the graduated marks along the line'

Welcome to the forums Timmy333,

In instances like this, I generally 

1 copy/paste the image into Delta CAD
2 scale to the appropriate size
3 draw directly over the image using DC lines and arcs

For the arced number line "I" would draw a circle using
the length of the red needle as its radius, parallel the
circle to the arced number line and trim appropriately.

This procedure works really well for me.
