Is there any way to disable the line weight display so that at extreme zoomed in levels the lines remain thin?

I may be misunderstanding or oversimplifying the question, but for displaying lines without ugly enlargement when zooming, I use this:

Options|Drawing Data|Scale with View Scale Y/N
