Clive, use the EDIT tab then "E" to make edits to any entity that you select.
If you want to change the length of any line you need to go to the EDIT tab and select "Slide an Endpoint" (CTRL+D), then select which end you want to adjust (the opposite end will remain in the same location) type in the actual length you want your line to be. DONE!
